Nairobi is full of Internet Cafes. You can find several on most of the streets. As far as I know, they all have about the same speed level, and prices- $1,5 per hour. Some of them serve pizza, chips and cool drinks. I used to go to Capital Realtime(on Conhro house) or to Neutral Cyber Cafe(on Moi Ave).
