If you are a fan of history(African history, more preciseley, then Fort Jesus in Mombasa, would make a great visit. Inside the small fort there is a museum with objects saved from the wrecks that came to the harbour. Outside the fort there is a preserved skeleton, a reminder of the tragic battles the fort overcame. It's close to the port side of the town.
